Understanding Caparzo, Brunello di Montalcino, Casa, Tuscany
The grapes are hand-harvested and carefully selected to ensure only the finest quality. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, followed by aging in large Slavonian oak barrels for about 36 months. The wine is then bottled and aged further to allow its components to integrate and deepen in complexity, thus yielding a truly exceptional Brunello di Montalcino.
