Grapes for the Bolgheri Superiore are sourced from the best parcels within Argentiera's 75-hectare estate. The meticulous harvest by hand ensures only the finest fruit is selected for vinification. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, followed by a 12-month ageing period in French oak barrels.
