In the vineyard, 80 hectares of the estate are dedicated to producing the grapes for Guado al Tasso. Careful viticultural practices and meticulous hand-harvesting ensure optimal fruit quality. The wine undergoes fermentation in stainless steel before ageing for 14 to 16 months in French oak barrels. Further bottle ageing adds depth and complexity to the wine, resulting in a truly exceptional Bolgheri blend.
