Understanding Brovia, Barolo, Rocche di Castiglione, Piedmont
After hand-harvesting the Nebbiolo grapes, the wine undergoes fermentation in stainless steel tanks. It is then matured in large Slavonian oak barrels, allowing the development of depth, complexity, and integration of tannins. This process results in a Barolo that is at once powerful, refined, and capable of ageing gracefully.
