Le Poste is produced from Grenache vines that thrive in the limestone-rich soils of its namesake vineyard. These soils impart a unique minerality to the wine, contributing to its distinctive character. Grapes, hand-harvested at optimal ripeness, undergo traditional winemaking methods. They aren’t destemmed, a step that enhances tannic structure and are fermented in wooden vats. This is followed by 12 months of ageing in a combination of old and new French oak. This careful ageing process enhances the wine's complexity while preserving its fruit purity and terroir expression.
