Magis Blanc is a testament to Rotem & Mounir’s pursuit of excellence and innovation. The vineyards contributing to Magis Blanc boast a mosaic of terroirs which impart distinctive characteristics to the wine. A meticulous winemaking approach involves careful grape selection, pressing and fermentation. The wine undergoes a judicious ageing process over 24 months in French oak, allowing it to evolve and integrate its diverse components while remaining both contemporary and true to its terroir. It isn’t racked, fined or filtered, resulting in a white blend that expresses its vintage, varietals and terroir. Magis Blanc features ripe pear, white peach, honey, citrus blossom and exotic spice in an opulent, creamy palate balanced by crisp acidity. This white wine has considerable ageing potential.
