Grapes for the Gallimardes are sourced from select vineyard plots within the Châteauneuf-du-Pape appellation. These vineyards are known for their diverse soil types, including the iconic large pebbles, or 'Galets Roulés' and clay. These contribute to the wine's intensity and complexity. The blend typically includes a high proportion of Grenache followed by Syrah, and Mourvèdre, among other permitted varieties.
