Le Bourg vineyard is known for its unique composition of limestone and clay soils, providing an ideal setting for cultivating Cabernet Franc. These soil conditions, coupled with the temperate climate of the Loire Valley, contribute to the development of grapes with a perfect balance of ripeness and acidity.
