Fermentation with indigenous yeasts and ageing for 15 months in a maximum of 50%-new oak allows the wine to develop a sophisticated profile that complements its inherent fruit qualities. Domaine d'Arlot Nuits Saint Georges Clos des Forêts Saint Georges displays black fruit, floral notes, spices, and a subtle minerality in a harmonious palate with velvety tannins. This Premier Cru has excellent ageing potential.
