Domaine d'Arlot's viticulture philosophy is driven by sustainable and biodynamic farming practices. The distinctiveness of the Clos Arlot's terroir, characterised by its optimal exposure and diverse soil profile, is conscientiously preserved through meticulous vineyard care and a winemaking approach that favours minimal intervention. This strategy ensures that the wine authentically conveys the terroir's inherent qualities. Vinification involves careful selection of grapes and a gentle pressing. The wine is then aged for 12 months in one-fifth new oak barrels, optimising its aromatic complexity and structural integrity, without overwhelming the delicate nuances of the Chardonnay. Domaine d'Arlot Nuits Saint Georges Clos Arlot Blanc features vibrant citrus, ripe orchard fruits, nuanced floral notes and delicate minerality in a powerful yet refined, silky palate with balancing acidity.
