The Lignier family nurtures the "Les Chaffots" vineyard along sustainable viticulture lines to ensure the health and vitality of the vines while preserving the natural environment. The winemaking process emphasises a gentle touch, with indigenous yeast fermentation and 20 to 22 months of ageing in a selection of French oak barrels that enrich its complexity without masking its terroir-driven qualities.
