Embracing biodynamic farming principles, Domaine Arlaud nurtures its vineyards without the use of synthetic chemicals, focusing on the health of the soil and the ecosystem and pure terroir expression. The unique composition of the soil, coupled with the vineyard's optimal exposure, contributes to the wine's concentrated flavours and aromatic purity. The vinification of Aux Cheseaux is carried out with great care, employing indigenous yeasts for fermentation and ageing for 14 to 16 months in French oak. This careful consideration in the winery is designed to enhance the natural qualities of the Pinot Noir, allowing for a harmonious integration of fruit, tannin and oak. This Morey-Saint-Denis Aux Cheseaux features red and dark fruit, spice, earth and a refined minerality in a deep palate with refined tannins. This wine is capable of graceful ageing.
