Clos Dubreuil is an acclaimed boutique estate located in Saint-Émilion. Founded in the early 2000s by Benoît Trocard, the estate is relatively young but has quickly risen to prominence. The Trocard family, with winemaking roots stretching back over generations, has imbued Clos Dubreuil with a deep respect for tradition while embracing innovation. Situated on the limestone slopes of Saint-Émilion, the estate benefits from an exceptional terroir, contributing to the production of wines with remarkable depth and complexity. Despite its modern beginnings, Clos Dubreuil has earned a reputation for wines that rival the region's oldest and most esteemed labels. The house was ranked a Grand Cru Classé in the 2022 Saint-Émilion classification. The estate tends eight-and-a-half hectares of vines located on the esteemed Saint-Émilion plateau. Merlot dominates with 70% of plantings followed by a quarter of Cabernet Franc alongside a small amount of Cabernet Sauvignon.

The proportion of grape varieties in the first wine mirrors that of the vineyard make-up. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel to preserve fruit purity. Ageing in 100%-new French oak barrels introduces nuances of vanilla and toast. Clos Dubreuil displays ripe black fruit, subtle spice and a hint of minerality reflective of limestone-rich terroir.
