Three visionary friends, former pro-footballer Johan Micoud, businessman Arnaud Witrand and Alexandre de Malet Roquefort, the proprietor of Premier Grand Cru Classé in Saint-Émilion house, Château La Gaffelière, identified the untapped potential of Château La Connivence’s terroir. Committed to sustainability and excellence, the estate has modernised its facilities and viticulture practices while preserving the integrity of its land. The careful curation of vineyard plots, each with its unique soil composition, allows for the crafting of wines that are a true expression of place.
