The grapes for Fleur de Pédesclaux are selectively harvested from the younger vines of the estate's vineyards, where a blend of predominantly Merlot with Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot flourishes on the classic gravelly soils of Pauillac. This selection is aimed at producing a wine that is both approachable in its youth and capable of evolving gracefully.
