Château Pedesclaux, a Fifth Growth estate classified in the 1855 Bordeaux Classification, is located in the Pauillac appellation of Bordeaux. Founded in 1810 by Pierre Urbain Pédesclaux, a wine broker, the estate has undergone significant transformation since its inception. The estate was notably expanded and modernised under the ownership of the Lorenzetti family, who acquired it in 2009. This period marked a new era for Château Pedesclaux, with substantial investments in both the vineyard and the winery, reflecting a commitment to excellence and innovation.
