The grapes for Yattarna are meticulously selected from distinguished cool-climate regions, including Tasmania, Adelaide Hills and Henty. These areas are renowned for their mineral-rich soils and temperate climate conditions which are ideal for cultivating Chardonnay grapes with vibrant acidity and finessed flavours.
