The Moritz vineyard features soils rich in ironstone and quartz, contributing to the distinct flavour profile of the Syrah grapes cultivated here. The vineyard's elevation and microclimate ensure optimal ripening conditions, allowing the grapes to develop rich concentration while maintaining a balanced acidity.
