The grapes for Keyneton Euphonium are sourced from mature vineyards in the Eden Valley and Barossa Valley. The blend benefits from a combination of varietals and terroirs, each adding unique characteristics to the wine. Henschke's commitment to sustainable viticulture and minimal intervention in the winery ensures that the wine is a true expression of its origins. In the winery, grapes are destemmed and fermentation takes place in stainless steel, open-top fermenters, both steps that promote fruitiness.
